We can not say enough about the hundreds of people who have volunteered their time and energy in making the Festival the success that it is.

Thursday, November 17
Set Up Day - all day from 10 a.m. until we are finished.

Help is required for:

  • Setting up trees
  • Activity booths
  • Displays & decorating the site
We are very flexible - time commitments vary from 1 hour to the whole day. Please join us for what ever time you can spare, it would be most appreciated.

 

Friday, November 18

Help is required for:

  • Ticket sales, information booth, draws, bid registration
  • General security keep an eye on displays etc
  • Supervision & assistance at activity centres
  • Santa's assistant

 

Saturday, November 19

Help is required for:

  • Set up for Santa's breakfast 7-8 a.m.
  • Ticket sales, information booth, draws, bid registration
  • General security keep an eye on displays etc
  • Supervision & assistance at activity centres
  • Santa's assistant
  • Supervise & assist participants during the breakfast
  • Gala set up 4-6 p.m.

 

Sunday, November 20

Tear Down 4 – 8 pm approx
Help is required for:

  • Ticket sales, information booth, draws, bid registration
  • General security keep an eye on displays etc
  • Supervision & assistance at activity centres
  • Santa's assistant
  • Tear down 4 8PM pack everything up & take it to storage, clean up
